Loads glass sheets (up to 6000 x 3300 mm) directly onto the cutting line. A suction cup creates a gap between the sheets, while compressed air ensures their complete separation. The system is connected to the cutting line software, enabling full automation of the process. The suction cups are equipped with a safety vacuum system for additional protection during lifting.

Optimizes space and yield with two cutting bridges for glass up to 6000mm x 3300mm. The line can be operated by one person, with automatic glass rotation and multi-axis cutting. Managed by software that controls stock and cutting.

Scans and detects surface defects in real-time, such as inclusions, fingerprints, and scratches. Detected defects trigger an alarm and are displayed for the operator. Fully integrated into the IGU line for worry-free production.
