The Star Belt model is the single-belt machine for arrissing and 90° grinding of the glass edge. Like the Twin model, it is available in a water-cooled version or a dry version with dust extraction.

The Star Belt Twin cross-belt grinding machine grinds the edges of the glass with two abrasive belts arranged in a crossed configuration, carrying out 45° grinding on both corners in a single pass. The twin-belt configuration reduces the number of repeat passes compared with single-side processing, with a direct effect on cycle times. The 3,000 × 1,500 mm roller tables allow large-format sheets to be handled, while the belt change and centering system keeps machine downtime to a minimum when switching from one configuration to another. The machine is available in a wet version or in a dry version with dust extraction, depending on the installation conditions and environmental requirements.
