Tempering

The FOX EVO is MAPPI's compact flat glass tempering furnace designed for small and medium-sized glass processors. It offers precise heating control and energy management, as well as a redesigned operator interface, to enable the flexible production of clear and Low-E glass. Loading sizes range from 1050 x 2300 mm to 1500 x 3200 mm. It is compatible with the MEC ecosystem and can be integrated with the optional MEC INSPECTOR.

The MTH Monolith is MAPPI's flat glass tempering furnace designed for large sheets and high production volumes. It can handle loading sizes ranging from 2500 x 6000 mm to 3300 x 6000 mm. Multizone heating, controlled convection and coordinated energy management support the processing of clear and Low-E glass, combining large-format capacity with precise process control.
