Patented closed-circuit water treatment system for flat-glass processing machinery.

Fully automated filter press for de-watering, compacting and storing glass-processing sludge, suitable for integration with straight-line edgers, double edgers, vertical arrising machines, CNC and horizontal/vertical drilling machines, and manual shaping machines, making it ideal for production lines with limited space.

Reverse osmosis systems use semipermeable membranes to reduce dissolved salts in feed water and are designed to adapt to any production environment, supplying individual industrial glass washers, serving multiple washing lines or integrating into fully automated systems, with customised configurations capable of providing from 100 L/h to over 20,000 L/h of demineralised water and achieving the conductivity required by the process, with an indicative design conductivity of 5–50 µS/cm to be confirmed after analysing the incoming water.

In the IDRO RO series are reliable and robust, easy to use and user friendly, thanks also to a LCD panel which displays parameters and functioning status precisely.

The WSE filter series are designed and manufactured specifically for the filtration and the reutilization of the water in washing machine tanks.
