FOX EVO is MAPPI’s compact flat glass tempering furnace designed for small and medium-sized glass processors, combining precise MHS multizone heating, ESS Energy Saving System energy management and a redesigned operator interface for flexible production of clear and Low-E glass. It offers productivity of up to 24 loads/hour for 4 mm clear glass and 19 loads/hour for 4 mm Low-E glass, with loading sizes ranging from 1050 × 2300 mm to 1500 × 3200 mm. FOX EVO is compatible with the MEC ecosystem, with optional MEC INSPECTOR integration.

ATS LINE is a flat glass tempering furnace designed for continuous industrial production, offering productivity of up to 24 loads/hour for 4 mm clear glass and 19 loads/hour for 4 mm Low-E glass, with precise MHS multizone heating, controlled convection and ESS Energy Saving System for efficient energy management and consistent processing. The furnace is available in loading sizes from 1500 × 3800 mm up to 2500 × 5000 mm, with MAPPI Supertemper available as an option.

MTH Monolith is MAPPI’s flat glass tempering furnace designed for large sheets and high production volumes, combining MHS multizone heating, controlled convection and ESS Energy Saving System energy management for precise and consistent processing of clear and Low-E glass. It offers productivity of up to 24 loads/hour for 4 mm clear glass and 19 loads/hour for 4 mm Low-E glass, with loading sizes ranging from 2500 × 6000 mm to 3300 × 6000 mm, combining large-format capacity with precise process control.

The automatic tilting cutting table optimises the processing of monolithic and shaped glass. It is also possible to add a low-e wheel removal system, peripheral type, for high production. The aluminium bridge has a carbon shaft, making it light and strong.

This automatic cutting table is designed for use with float glass and features easy loading via tilting forks. It operates quietly and can be fitted with a grinding wheel to remove low-E coatings, as well as a printer and a 'Click & Cut' tool changer. This is an automatic table designed for the loading, cutting and breaking of float glass. It uses suction cups and hydraulically driven arms to load sheets from a mobile rack. Optional extras include a grinding wheel for removing low-E coatings, a printer, a paper cutter, and a 'Click & Cut' tool changer with a transparent cover to protect the cutting head. The aluminium bridge has a carbon shaft, making it both light and strong.

They offer fast cycles, precise separation and automatic glass ejection with a trim of 6.5 cm. The transparent cover provides visibility and easy access for maintenance, and there is an optional grinding wheel available for deleting the edges of Low-E glass.
