Isolierglas

High-speed automatic vertical arrissing machine for removing edge micro fractures.

Two-head machine for removing low-emissivity coating around the glass perimeter. It prepares the sealing area of the insulating glass unit, improves sealant adhesion to the glass and integrates into the automated High Tech line cycle.

Vertical washing machine for the High Tech line with integrated washing and drying systems. Process control and optimized water heating provide thorough surface cleaning, including for large glass sheets.

Automatic glass quality inspection scanner for the High Tech line. It detects surface defects and stores images, supporting pane verification and traceability of quality checks before assembly.

In-line scanner for checking glass quality before insulating glass assembly. It detects defects and imperfections, helping the operator identify non-conforming panes and monitor the production process.

Station for visual inspection of glass sheets, equipped with LED lighting and access for cleaning. Bars adjust to the glass height, making it easier to identify defects before subsequent production stages.

Visual glass inspection station for the Essential line. Strategically positioned LED lighting highlights surface defects and imperfections, allowing the operator to check the pane and intervene before insulating glass assembly.

Station for manual positioning of rigid spacer frames and visual inspection of the glass. It helps align the frame on the pane and inspect the surface before the panel is assembled on the Essential line.

Station for glass inspection and manual positioning of rigid spacer frames. Movable bars and LED lighting support surface inspection and frame application on glass sheets up to 6,000 x 3,300 mm.

Glass reversing station for the Essential line. It combines rotation and tilting movements to orient coated glass surfaces correctly before the subsequent insulating glass assembly operations.

Automatic extruder that applies thermoplastic spacer directly to the glass. It forms the perimeter profile without a prefabricated frame and integrates spacer preparation into the automatic insulating glass production cycle.

T-shaped flexible-spacer applicator with integrated material supply bottle.

Automatic T-Shape applicator with integrated butyl extrusion for warm-edge insulating glass. It prepares and applies the profile to the glass, using humidity-controlled coil storage and a dynamic accumulation system to ensure uniform butyl application.

Assembly press for double and triple insulating glass units with rigid or flexible spacer frames. Servo-controlled movement and automatic detection of panel dimensions and thickness control the accurate assembly and pressing of the panes.

Rotating angle conveyor for directional transfer of glass panes.

Automatic secondary-sealing extruder for residential insulating-glass units.

Automatic coupler-sheet press with integrated gas filling for insulating-glass production lines.

Standing buffer and intermediate station for insulating-glass production lines.

Automatic cork spacer applicator for glass handling and production lines.

Automatic secondary-sealing extruder for residential insulating-glass units.
