Description

Two glass panes are positioned at a 90° angle to each other. The vertical pane is then adjusted. The height and depth of the angle suction cup can be adjusted by 12 mm. The gap dimension for the optimal layer thickness of the adhesives can thus be adjusted.

At least two angle suction cups are always used to position a pane correctly. Depending on the width of the pane, suction cups are added so that one suction cup is used every 50 cm. Larger panes are optimally aligned this way. For simple angle bonding, the bonding gap can be adjusted for low and medium viscosity adhesives. For additional stabilisation of the glass angle, clamp holders are suitable, which are placed on the glass edge from above.

Application note:

Always store the vacuum holder so that the suction pads are not damaged.
